DR. HOSSAM ELSHAZLY & PROFESSOR Y-PIERRE PFEIFER
CPI International Group today with businesses, operation and offices in more than 19 countries and with its Headquarters in Switzerland is the direct result of a long innovative journey started by Dr. Hossam ElShazly, the international business and political figure in the year 2000 when he established his first pharmaceutical venture in the beautiful city of Chur under the name of Newpharm International Group, the same name of his first pharmaceutical startup established during his study time at the medical college in the university of Alexandria.
Building on his outstanding entrepreneurial abilities, experience and futuristic approach he established different businesses in Europe and the Middle East. Acquired and merged with a number of enterprises in Switzerland and abroad till he was joined later in the year 2003 by Professor Y-Pierre Pfeifer, his business partner and very close friend for the last 10 years. The two men worked together to develop a new concept in business, education and consulting.
Dr. ElShazly is the main developer of the corporate education concept that turned to be one of the leading concepts in adult education nowadays. The Innovation System ‘IS’, developed by the two men offers solutions to many of the strategic and economic problems faced by international organizations in this 21st century of change. Throughout this journey, the two men created a unique empire of ideas, concepts and businesses. They invade many countries and explored different cultures bridging new ideas to other parts of the world. They acquire several businesses and developed them into a new world of unlimited opportunities. The record of merging, acquisition and start-up of the CPI International Group highlights many names such as Parthenon Innovation Group, the CPI Institute of Innovation, MSC AG, the Cambridge Philosophy Institute, the Cambridge Philosophy College, Cambridge Corporate University INNOVA Journal and most recently, the Swiss Center for Strategic Studies, the SCSS.
